RETURNS/ EXCHANGES OF ITEMS

 All items purchased are final sale, thus we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes promotional, give aways, holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale, discount and promotional codes. If a mistake or product issue was made on behalf of Major Fit Apparel, we will fix it. Items can only be returned or exchanged if purchased off our website at full price. 

 ** Any items purchased at an Expo, Competition, Pop-Up, Convention or any type of event there will be no return, exchange or refund.

** All items are hand inspected by our QA Team before shipping!

If the product you received is deemed defective, your order is eligible for a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. If 10 days have passed since the delivery of your item(s), unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

    ** You may return/exchange item(s) within 10 days from delivery of your package to file a claim with customer service via email info@majorfitapparel.com.

     ** Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and if it is approved or rejected for return/exchange.

Please keep your tracking number. 

All approved refunds will be issued through store credit only. Store credits are good for 30 days of the issued date. PLEASE NOTE, if the 30 days expire and you do not redeem your store credit prior to expiration, we will not issue another store credit(s) and the matter will be deemed close. 

** PLEASE do not ship us your return order without emailing us first and receiving the proper instructions because returned item(s) that does not get approved for RETURN/EXCHANGE will not be shipped back to you and there will not be any credit or refund issued. 

      ** Any item(s) not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be exchanged. All returns must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed.

      ** We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

      ** We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system.

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

If you need to exchange your item(s) for the same item(s), email us at info@majorfitapparel.com include in the subject line the word "EXCHANGE" and your order number within 10 days of delivery to MAJOR FIT APPAREL 3201 LOOP 306 P.O. BOX #62844 SAN ANGELO, TX 76906 with the following information:

      ** Your order number or a copy of your receipt

      ** The reason for your exchange

      ** If damaged upon receipt, an email photo displaying the damages 

    If the above are not clearly indicated, your exchange may experience issues in processing. We have the right to refuse and/or reject exchanges from customers. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing your exchange after your item(s) are delivered to us. 

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items to exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

          ** Location will factor the time of return on your item(s).

          ** We are not responsible for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. 

          ** If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

     

    I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR INCORRECT SIZE

    We apologize and we will make it right. Just send an email picture of the issue along with your order number, correct size and much detail explaining the issue. 

     

     My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?

    USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office. If the package is stamped delivered Major Fit Apparel will not be liable for the package, you will have to contact USPS.

     

    COLOR DISCLAIMER

    Due to variation in monitor settings, Major Fit Apparel makes no guarantees regarding color matches of products.

    Like-named colors used by various apparel manufacturers/brands/styles (i.e., Navy, Navy Blue, Dark Navy, Heather Navy, etc.) are not necessarily an exact shade match to each other or to any of the Major Fit Apparel thread guide options.

    Fabric colors represented on computer monitors may vary due to variations in computer screens, resolution, color, tone or any other display settings.

     

    I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE

    Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code. 

    Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.

     

    OVERSOLD ITEMS

    It is uncommon but under the unfortunate circumstance that an item has been oversold and we are not able to ship that item with your order you will be refunded for the missing item and the remainder of your order will ship. If your whole order consists of that one item, you will be refunded shipping also for the one item order.

    URGENT PROCESSING

    Urgent processing guarantees that your order will be processed before any general orders from that date. It does not guarantee a faster delivery time.
